The Organizer Kit is a digital download: a set of worksheets and walkthroughs delivered as a web page you may save, print, and keep. One purchase licenses one household to use the kit for its own planning, forever. You may print copies for your designated people; you may not resell, republish, or distribute the kit itself.
Payment is processed by Stripe. On completed payment you are sent directly to the kit page. Keep that page's address and a saved copy of the kit; your purchase is a file in your hands, not an account with us, and there is no login to recover.
The kit organizes information and wishes. It is not a will, not an estate plan, not a legal document; it is not legal advice or medical advice, and using it does not create any attorney, medical, or fiduciary relationship. Laws about wills, powers of attorney, and health-care directives vary by state; consult an attorney licensed in your state for those documents.
We do not receive, store, or have access to anything you write in the kit. The kit operates on your own device. See the Privacy page for the little we do handle (payment records kept by Stripe, and email you send us).
The kit is a planning aid offered as-is. CLEARDEAL LLC is not liable for decisions made using it, for the acts of any designated person, or for outcomes involving third parties such as hospitals, banks, or platforms. If any part of these terms is unenforceable in your state, the rest stands.
